How do you price your services?
It depends on the model: monthly retainers for CISO and DPO as a Service, defined-scope programmes for certification, fixed-scope engagements for assessments and testing, on-demand hours for security operations, and retainer or on-demand for incident response.
Do you provide legal advice?
No. Our services are organisational and technical consultancy. Where legal advice is needed, we work alongside your legal counsel.
Will we see progress during the project?
Yes. Every engagement runs on a live task board with named owners, due dates and status, and you see progress weekly.
Certification
ISO 27001 or SOC 2: which do we need?
It depends on your customers. ISO 27001 is common internationally and in tenders, and SOC 2 is common with US enterprise buyers. Many clients need both, and we map one control set to both so evidence is collected once.
Do you issue the certificate?
No. ISO certificates are issued by accredited certification bodies, and SOC 2 reports by independent CPA firms. We prepare you, operate the programme with you and support you through the audit.
Do you stay after certification?
Yes. We run surveillance audits, management reviews, vendor assessments and the next framework.
What is ISO/IEC 42001?
It is the international, certifiable standard for AI management systems. We build it on top of your existing ISO 27001 ISMS.
