This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit our website, contact us or apply for a job with us. It does not cover the personal data we process on behalf of our clients under service agreements. That processing is governed by those agreements.

• Data you give us: your name, company, work email, phone number, the services you are interested in and the content of your message when you use our contact form, email us or call us. If you apply for a job, we also collect your CV and the information you choose to include in it.
• Data collected automatically: technical data needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and the date and time of your visit, collected through server logs and essential cookies. If you consent, we also collect anonymised or aggregated usage statistics through analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

• To respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and send you a proposal you asked for. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
• To manage our business relationship with you if you become a client. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• To operate, maintain and secure the website, prevent abuse and investigate incidents. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
• To measure and improve the website, only with your consent where cookies or similar technologies are involved. Legal basis: consent.
• To assess job applications. Legal basis: steps taken at your request, and our legitimate interest in recruiting.
• To comply with legal obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

We share personal data only with:

• service providers that host the website, deliver email and provide IT, security or analytics services to us, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions;
• professional advisers (such as lawyers and accountants) where needed;
• authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights.

Some of our service providers may process data outside Israel or the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by applicable law. These include transfers to countries recognised as providing adequate protection, or standard contractual clauses.

We keep enquiry and correspondence data for as long as needed to handle your request and manage our relationship, and afterwards for the period needed to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. If you do not become a client, we delete or anonymise enquiry data when it is no longer needed. We keep job applications for the duration of the recruitment process and for a limited period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Information security is our business. We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access control based on least privilege, and monitoring.

Subject to applicable law, including the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may:

• ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• ask us to delete your data;
• object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing;
• ask for your data in a portable format;
• withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
• opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Our website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
