The report that unlocks enterprise deals
SOC 2 Type II is an independent audit of how well your organisation protects customer data, measured over a period of time. Without it, many enterprise buyers won't sign. With it, security reviews get shorter and deals close faster.
The 4 phases
- 01
Readiness
Scoping, Trust Services Criteria selection, control mapping and gap closure.
- 02
Control build
Policies, an evidence framework, tooling and hands-on implementation support.
- 03
Observation window
Continuous monitoring across the audit period, with evidence collected as it happens.
- 04
Audit and report
CPA auditor coordination, responses to sample requests, and a clean Type II opinion.
Trust Services Criteria we scope and operate
- Security
- Availability
- Confidentiality
- Processing Integrity
- Privacy
Run together with ISO 27001
Most clients need both ISO 27001 and SOC 2. We map one control set to both frameworks, so evidence is collected once and used twice.
Outcome

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between SOC 2 Type I and Type II?
Type I assesses whether your controls are designed properly at a single point in time. Type II tests whether they operated effectively over an observation period, typically several months.
Do you perform the SOC 2 audit?
No. The SOC 2 report must be issued by an independent CPA firm. We prepare you, operate the programme with you and coordinate with the auditor.
Which Trust Services Criteria should we include?
Security is always included. We help you decide whether Availability, Confidentiality, Processing Integrity or Privacy matter to your customers.
How long does it take?
It depends on readiness and the observation window, which is at least three months for a Type II report. As a guide, smaller organisations (up to about 50 users) take around 4–6 months end to end, and larger organisations (up to about 500 users) around 6–7 months.
